Athol Fugard - Audio Only Interview

Audio only. An interview with South African playwright, novelist, actor, and director, Athol Fugard made on 1 July, 1981. Fugard is known for his political plays that opposed the system of apartheid — particularly Sizwe Banzi Is Dead — a play written collaboratively with two South African actors, John Kani and Winston Ntshona, both of whom appeared in the original production.
